Desmond Heng is an experienced C-suite executive and board member with an accomplished career spanning 27 years in the financial markets of Singapore and Indonesia. His extensive expertise encompasses corporate finance, private equity, corporate advisory, and fintech solutions. Having spent the last 13 years residing in Indonesia, Desmond has held numerous senior executive roles within the Indonesian  financial services sector, specializing in corporate finance advisory and private equity and mezzanine financing.

• Currently, Desmond serves as the Chief of Corporate Strategy for a boutique Indonesian wealth tech firm dedicated to making investment products and services accessible and affordable to all. He has a strong track record of scaling fintech businesses, including his recent role as COO of a locally licensed peer-to-peer crowdfunding platform.
• Desmond is an experienced COO with technical expertise in specialized financing and alternative financing (structured debt). He is  a Board Advisor to Caledonia Resources, leveraging his deep industry knowledge to guide strategic initiatives.
