Gerard Milligan has 20 years of experience within start-up and global organizations across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. As a strong communicator, he consistently understands requirements and delivers value to shareholders. He is a highly experienced APAC leader, well-versed in scaling businesses and restructuring organizations. 

Based in Singapore, Gerard’s background includes:  

- Chief of Staff for Caledonia Resources, a multi-industry, privately owned group of businesses. He managed programs, executed projects, drove productivity, and led teams in the bunker, base oil, and lubricants trading business, with Fintech and Telecoms arms that delivered over US $0.5Bn in revenue in 2021.  

- Country Manager and a Board Member of an International Resources business, where he led and managed business growth in Singapore by over 80% in just 4 years.  

- President Director (CEO) of an ASX listed HR Solutions business in Indonesia, where he oversaw a business restructure involving 1,400 consultants across Jakarta, Surabaya, and Makassar.  

- Senior leadership roles in two of the world's largest HR solutions firms.  

Additionally, Gerard was a co-founder of MKM-Partnership in London and is currently an advisor to Analytics Labs, a Singapore-based start-up AI Consultancy. Originally from the UK, Gerard has lived in Singapore for over 13 years and is recognized for his role as a Fractional Chief of Staff.
