Gerard Milligan is a business leader with over 20 years of experience building and scaling businesses across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Based in Singapore and Abu Dhabi, Gerard is the Founder and CEO of Caledonia Resources, where he advises organizations on strategic execution, organizational design, and growth initiatives. His work spans HR transformation, go-to-market strategy, and operational optimisation, enabling leaders to focus on long-term value creation.

Previously, Gerard served as Chief of Staff at Sing Fuels, a multi-industry trading group generating over US$500 million in revenue, where he led global restructuring, digitised HR, and executed cross-border M&A and joint ventures. He has also held CEO and Country Manager roles, including leading a 1,400-consultant restructuring in Indonesia and growing a Singapore business by more than 80% in four years.

Gerard began his career in London, co-founding a specialist search firm and later holding senior leadership roles at global HR solutions companies. He continues to advise AI and analytics ventures, bringing a pragmatic, execution-focused approach to growth and transformation.
